Root Canal Treatment

We perform root canal therapy to repair and save your infected tooth. We access your tooth roots so we can clean and disinfect them to help relieve you from any sort of pain. After successfully removing the infection, we make sure that your compromised tooth is fully restored with a dental crown. This way, we protect your tooth from reinfection and we prevent an extraction.

What are the signs that a root canal treatment is needed?

  • Tooth pain while chewing
  • Your tooth is sensitive to hot or cold, with the sensitivity lingering for some time.
  • Discoloration or darkening of the tooth
  • Swollen gums/cheek surrounding the infected tooth

What does the treatment involve?

We want to ensure that you are in a relaxed and comfortable state, so we administer local anesthesia. Next, we access the pulp chamber of your tooth through the crown. We remove the pulp and thoroughly clean the roots of your tooth. We fill the canals with a rubber like material and then restore the opening with a restoration. To fully restore your tooth after we are sure the root canal therapy is successful, a permanent crown is recommended.

All root canal therapies are done with utmost accuracy in order to save your  tooth. If you experience any of these symptoms, visit our clinic and let us take care of you.
