About
Dr. MacCara obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology/Pharmacology in 1988 from the University of Western Ontario. This same year she was accepted into Dental School at U.W.O., graduating in 1992, with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Immediately upon graduation she accepted an associateship position in Hanover, Ontario where she remained until 1999 at which time she relocated to join the New Hamburg Dental Group. Dr. MacCara enjoys working with dental patients of all ages and stages in the friendly atmosphere of the New Hamburg Dental Group.
Dr. MacCara and her husband Gennaro have three children, Matthew, Emily and Hope. Currently they reside on a a rural property on the outskirts of New Hamburg. Dr. MacCara is a very active member of the community and greatly enjoys both working and living there.
Dr. MacCara’s personal hobbies and interests include traveling, walking, reading, nature and dogs.
